Cancellation & Refund Policy

Call consultations (phone, WhatsApp, video)

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Use "Request cancellation" on your booking page.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or if you do not answer at the booked time (the astrologer will try at least twice within 10 minutes).
• If the astrologer cannot attend or misses the session, you get a full refund or can choose a new time.
• If a technical problem on our side cuts the call short, the astrologer will call back for the remaining time.

Puja and appointment bookings

• You choose a preferred date and time; after payment the pandit confirms the exact time (muhurat) by email.
• If the pandit cannot do your time and you do not accept the alternative offered, you get a full refund.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed time for a full refund. No refund after that, or if nobody is available at the address for a home puja.
• For home pujas, the pandit will message you on the booking page about puja samagri and travel arrangements in advance.

Written reports

• Full refund if you cancel before the astrologer starts working on the report.
• No refund once the report has been delivered.
• If the report is not delivered by the promised date, you may request a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card used for payment, usually within 5–7 working days after approval. The full amount is refunded in the currency you paid; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences.

Astrological consultation is guidance, not a guarantee. Disagreeing with a reading is not a reason for a refund. For questions, use the contact form.
