Calculation tools
When you use Free Kundli, Kundli Matching, Numerology, Panchang or Sade Sati, the details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth) are processed only to produce your result. They are not stored on our servers.
Meditation
The breathing guide and meditation timer run entirely in your browser. The bell sound is generated on your device; nothing is sent to us.
Accounts and paid consultations
When you create an account we store your name, email, optional phone number and your password (as a secure hash). When you book a consultation we store the booking, your birth details, your question, the phone number to call and your messages with the astrologer. Only your astrologer and our support team can see them.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the PayPal order/transaction IDs, the amount and the payer's email. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Booking and payment records are kept for 8 years for accounting and dispute handling. Contact us to delete your account.
Free questions
If you submit a consultation request, we store the details you provide (name, birth details, email, optional phone number and your question) so that an astrologer can answer you. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
